We started RespiteLab because living with pain shouldn't mean living on painkillers.

We're a small team obsessed with one thing: drug-free, science-backed pain relief you can use at home. After watching people we care about struggle with daily neck, back and muscle pain — and cycle through pills that only masked it — we went looking for a better way.

We curate and test pain-relief devices built on proven methods like TENS and targeted heat therapy — the same principles used by physiotherapists, made simple enough for your living room. Every product we sell has to earn its place: it has to be effective, safe, and something we'd put on our own bodies.

That's the whole idea behind RespiteLab. Respite means relief from pain. Lab means we don't guess — we follow what actually works. Real relief, backed by science, without the prescription.
