Track Your Order

Every RespiteLab order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking link — check your inbox, and your spam folder just in case.

Haven't got the email yet?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and the tracking link goes out the moment the parcel ships. Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

Lost the link?
Email support@respitelab.com with your order number and we'll resend it. We reply within 24 hours.

If your parcel goes past 4 weeks, we'll email you first and offer a refund or a re-send — you don't have to chase us. And if it hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, email us for a full refund.
